URA Consortium Workshop Berlin #1

The German cohort of the Sino-German URA Consortium met at the Institute for Architecture at TU Berlin to participate in a one-day workshop. This marked the initiation of collaboration within the framework of the "Definition Phase" of the joint research and development project, "Urban-Rural Assembly (URA)", which is sponsored by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). Besides discussing and mutually exchanging inter-disciplinary research approaches and methods related to urban-rural transformation, the team focused on preparation for the URA Kick-Off Workshop in May 2019. This workshop is intended for Sino-German consortium partners in Huanngyan-Taizhou, Zhejiang Province to develop URA's research agenda and redefine joint research objectives.
